Abstract

The President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, for the purpose of raising leading and control functions of the Committee and protection of the interests of the national fisheries in the field of international fisheries cooperation and rendering it more efficient, orders to include international marine and field expeditionary research with the participation of the Russian experts into branch Plan of marine resource research and monitoring with subsequent validation of it by the Federal Fisheries Committee in accordance with the established modalities. Participation of scientific and research vessels and specialized fishing vessels in study of the stock of aquatic biodiversity in EEZ of foreign states, open and convention areas of the World Ocean by commission and at the expense of foreign states or other institutions of the Russian Federation is determined by the Federal Fisheries Committee. The results of the aforesaid research must be submitted to the Federal Fisheries Committee in accordance with the established modalities.
