Abstract

President of the Federal Fisheries Committee orders to validate the Regulation. The proposals for the distribution of quotas for the next year are elaborated by the basin scientific and research councils in accordance with the administration of the subjects of the Russian Federation and must be forwarded to the Federal Fisheries Committee.
