Abstract: The Minister, for the purpose of implementation of the Governmental Ordinance No.1947-r of 2003, orders to issue fishing licences (permits) of aquatic biodiversity for industrial purposes for coastal fisheries in the Northern basin for the period of 2004 in accordance with the distribution of quotas among the applicants of the Archangel Region on condition of compulsory supply of fish products to the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with Annex.
