Abstract

The Minister, for the purpose of implementation of the Governmental Ordinance No.1947-r of 2003, orders to issue fishing licences (permits) of aquatic biodiversity for industrial purposes for coastal fisheries in the Barents sea for the period of 2004 in accordance the distribution of quotas among the applicants of the Republic of Karelia on condition of compulsory supply of fish products to the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with Annex.

Governmental Ordinance No.1947-r of 2003 regarding validation for the period of 2004 of total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for industrial purposes in inland waters, territorial sea, continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation in the Baltic sea, the Black sea, as well as in the Sea of Azov and in the Caspian sea and in the lower reaches of rivers flowing into seas (coastal fisheries), distributed among Russian regions which territories adjoin coastal zone.
