Abstract

Union of Hunters and Fishermen of Russia (ROSOKHOTRYBOLOVSOYUZ) is a mass, social, sporting and economic organization uniting hunting and fishing societies on the territory of the Russian Federation. The main tasks of the Union are: a. unification of hunters and fishermen for the purpose of the organization of hunting and sporting fishing, education of its members in the spirit of care for nature and rational use of hunting and fishing resources; b. active participation in the arrangements for conservation and rational use of hunting and fishing resources and fight against poaching; c. propaganda of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources. The document consists of IX Sections. Sec.I lays down general provisions. Sec.II regards membership. Sec.III regards basic organization of ROSOKHOTRYBOLOVSOYUZ. Sec.IV regards regional, inter-regional, town, provincial territorial republican (autonomous regions) hunting and fishing societies. Sec.V regards supreme organs of ROSOKHOTRYBOLOVSOYUZ. Sec.VI regards finances of the Union of Hunting and Fishing Societies. Sec.VII regards auditing commission. Sec.VIII regards registration and accountability. Sec.IX regards cessation of activity of ROSOKHOTRYBOLOVSOYUZ.
