Abstract President of State Fisheries Committee, for the purpose of regulating fisheries in the Azov-Black sea water basins and the Dnepr water reservoirs, orders to validate Provisional fishing regulation in the Sea of Azov. State fishing inspection shall have the duty to ensure conservation and management of aquatic living resources, regulate fisheries in accordance with recommendations by scientific fishing organizations, allotment of fishing areas, issue fishing licences and protection of fishing water basins against pollution and choking up. Fisheries must be carried out within allocated quotas in accordance with fishing licences issued by state fishing inspection. The document specifies fishing areas establishes the modalities of fishing gear marking, gives the list of prohibited fishing gear and fishing methods.
