Abstract

The president of the Federal Fisheries Committee, taking into account the proposals forwarded by the fisheries councils of the Archagel Region and the Nenets Autonomous Area regarding distribution of quotas for the period of 2003, orders to validate the distribution of quotas for catch of: a) Atlantic and Scandinavian herring in the North-Eastern Atlantic (in accordance with the Annex 1); b) poutassou in the Norwegian economic zone (in accordance with the Annex 2); c) black turbot in the fishing areas regulated by NAFO (in accordance with the Annex 3); d) poutassou and scomber in the fishing area of the Faroe Islands (in accordance with the Annex 4; e) sea perch in the Irminger Sea and scomber in the open part of the North-Eastern Atlantic (in accordance with the Annex 5); f) sea perch and black turbot in the fishing area of Greenland (in accordance with the Annex 6).
