Abstract

This hygiene standard lays down the active substances of pesticides (plant protection products) (only chemical) maximum concentrations in water, soil, residential and occupational atmospheric air. This hygiene standard applies to residential areas, recreation areas, health education areas and soil of agricultural land, waterbodies whose water is used or intended to be used by the population for domestic, recreational and sporting purposes, including open water, the living environment and the human working environment of all forms of ownership and subordination of enterprises. It is mandatory for all natural and legal persons whose activities are related to the production, storage, transport, sale of pesticides (plant protection products), use, decontamination and public oversight and control. Pesticides (plant protection products) with maximum levels of active substances concentrations specified in this hygiene standard are listed in the Annex 1. The Table shows the maximum levels for active substances in pesticides (plant protection products) with maximum permissible concentrations (MRLs) in soil, water, air of the living and working environment.
