This Order enters into force on the date of signature.
Abstract

This Order prohibits trade of live swine on agricultural food markets and animal fairs throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova. It allows authorized sanitary-veterinary registered swine farms to move to physical persons only castrated pigs and no more than 5 heads. Veterinarians responsible for the movement of animals in the automated information system "State Register of Animals" must fill in the movement form in the section relating to the object of destination of swine that are subject to movement.
