This Order enters into force on the date of signature.
Abstract

Director of the National Agency for Food Safety, for the purpose of reasonable, rational and specific use of antimicrobial substances, thereby increasing the therapeutic effect and reducing the development of resistance to antimicrobial drugs, veterinary pharmacies should be prohibited from selling veterinary drugs with antimicrobial action (antibiotics) in the absence of a veterinary prescription. Farms authorized to purchase veterinary medicinal products with antimicrobial activity (antibiotics) only on the basis of a signed application by a veterinarian with the right to carry out the professional activities of a veterinarian, employed or hired under a contract to provide veterinary services, are authorized to purchase veterinary drugs in accordance with the sample work order from Appendix 3 to the Law No. 119 “On veterinary drugs”.
