This Order enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes that business entities, performing at least one of the activities listed in the Annex 1 to the Law No. 221-XVI on veterinary and sanitary activities, shall be authorized to operate prior to veterinary and sanitary registration by the territorial body on food safety. Business entity concerned must submit application in accordance with the Annex 2, document attesting registration of entrepreneurial activity in the Republic of Moldova, document attesting the right of ownership or the right of use of facilities, consent of the local public administration to carry out the requested activities in the specified location and declaration of own responsibility (in any form) that it complies with the veterinary and sanitary conditions provided for by the current regulations for the implementation of the requested activity. Veterinary and sanitary registration shall be performed free of charge and shall be valid for for an unlimited period of time.
