The licensed System Operator is required to ensure strict compliance with the provisions of the Order and to report any eventual deviation. This Order aims at: creating, promoting and preserving efficient industry and market structures, and at ensuring the optimal utilisation of resources for the provision of electricity services, and for establishing reliability and quality standards in the supply of electricity.
