This Order enters into force on the date of publication.
Abstract

This Order prohibits the capture of pink shrimp not exceeding the size of 90 mm. in the waters of 'Lagoa do Peixe', in the State of Rio Grande do Sul. This Order consists of 5 articles establishing: minimum size for pink shrimp fishing, 'Penaeus paulensis' (only 10% of landing under the aforementioned size is permitted), authorized fishing methods and minimum fishing net mesh (24 mm.). It also establishes sanctions to be paid by offenders in compliance with Decree-Law No. 221 of 28 February 1967.
