Entry into force notes
This Order enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes the procedure for keeping register of potentially hazardous chemical and biological substances prohibited for use in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Keeping register shall be intended: (a) entry of information submitted by subordinate organizations of state body in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of population, subjects of scientific and (or) scientific-technical activity to the state body in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population; (b) consideration of materials, decision making by state body in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population on inclusion or refusal to include hazardous substances in the register; (c) updating the register in the event of changes in information about potentially hazardous substances; and (d) posting of the register on the Internet site of the state authority in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. Annex 1 contains the form of report on scientific expertise. Annex 2 contains the form of register of potentially hazardous chemical and biological substances prohibited for use in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
