In particular, the aforesaid funds shall be used for conduct of forest inventory. The procedure for allocation and use of funds for general forest management shall be based upon the following principles: (a) objectivity; (b) efficiency; (c) effectiveness; (d) cooperation; (e) reporting; and (f) publicity and transparency. Funds shall be formed through revenues to the state budget from forest managers as partial deduction from profit originated from timber and industrial wood trade and financial compensation for conversion and transfer of forest land to other land categories. Public funds shall be used for financing the following activities: (a) forest inventory; (b) forest management projects; (c) forest management projects; (d) forest fires prevention; (e) forest research; and (f) forest data collection and reporting.
