The scope of this Order is to improve the food supply of the population and to provide support and incentives from the government for foodstuffs that cannot be supplied by domestic production. The List contains 13 types of foodstuffs (including cereals, grains, rice, other crops, sugar, legumes, fruits and vegetable oil) used for calculation of the standard amount of daily consumption of foodstuffs meeting the physiological norms of nutrition for the population. The amount of domestic production, import, and export of foodstuffs is calculated based on the total amount of the previous year.
