Abstract

The scope of this Order shall be to set up registration system and database for the purpose of ensuring quality and safety of foodstuffs and crops at all production stages in order to guarantee traceability of the origin thereof. Farmers shall be authorized sell vegetables, fruits, edible plants and crops must attest that they have been grown thereby on plot of land allotted in ownership or on lease under written agreement (contract) concluded with the owner of land plot. Fruits, edible nuts or mushrooms destined for retail trade (vending) must be grown or collected by natural persons or legal entities. Vendors must be in possession of certificate of origin of crops, vegetables, fruits and edible plant species attesting quality and safety thereof.
