Order No. 99 of the Ministry of Natural Resources validating the Regulation on the use of forests for the construction, re-construction and operation of electric lines, communication lines, pipelines and other lines.

This Order stipulates that plots of public or municipal forests that are normally allotted to natural and legal persons in accordance with article 9 of the Forest Code may be allotted for the construction, re-construction and operation of electric lines, communication lines, pipelines and other lines. Unforested land within forest areas shall be allotted for such purposes, and in the absence of such land forested areas with less precious forest species shall be allotted.
