This Order shall enter into force when Decree-Law No. 261/89 shall enter into force.
Abstract

This Order establishes the requirements to be met for mariculture exploitation. It consists of 2 articles concerning conditions for obtaining a mariculture exploitation licence granted by General Direction of Fisheries - DGP, with a duration of 10 years renewable.
