Abstract: This Order establishes terms and conditions for the issuance and suspension of licences for activities related to the acceptance, storage and processing of grain and its derivates in grain elevators. The licences shall be issued by the Ministry of Agriculture. Applicants shall file application and submit the following documentation: (a) notarized copy of state registration; (b) documents attesting to compliance with licensing criteria; and (c) copy of the receipt for payment of licensing fee.
