It concerns the Regulation for this activity, laying down all requirements to be satisfied for obtaining sanitary certificate (granted by the national competent authority) and placing on the market animal sub-products (including fish) to be used in animal feed. It also establishes controls to be carried out for approving the establishments for animal sub-products treatment.
