Abstract

The present Order lays down requirements for importers and exporters in connection with the movement of live animals and breeding material between Denmark and other countries in the common trade area, as well as the importation of live animals and breeding material into Denmark from third countries. The Order supplements Regulation (EU) 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 2017. It further lays down registration and reporting requirements for different types of trade activities, as well as authorization requirements.
