Abstract

This Order concerns the sanitary procedures for analysing toxic residues in slaughtered animals (samples to be taken for different animal species). It establishes the quantity of animals slaughtered to be analysed and the different "phases" of the taking of samples ("initial", "intensive" and "routine") depending on the animal "group".
