This Order enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes to set the maximum amount of erucic acid per total fatty acid content in the fatty component: (a) in oils, fats and their mixtures that are intended for delivery to the trading network, to the network of restaurant facilities, for direct consumption as well as in finished food products, to which oils, fats or their mixtures are added, shall not exceed 2%; and (b) in the mixture of oils and fats intended for industrial processing, shall not exceed 5%.
