This Order enters into force immediately.
Abstract

This Order specifies requirements to be satisfied for producing and placing on the market fats and edible oils destined to human consumption (except oils originated from olive). It consists of 16 articles and 2 Annexes establishing the conditions to be satisfied for oil production and treatment, authorized additives, solvent extraction, packaging and labelling requirements, etc. Annexes specify characteristics to be satisfied by the aforesaid oils.
