Abstract

This Order regulates imports of potato seeds of the variety Kennebec, originating from Canada. It consists of 14 articles authorizing the imports of the aforementioned plant variety seed within the following periods: between 15 January and 31 March 2000, between 1 December 2000 and 31 March 2001, and between 1 December 2001 and 31 March 2002, establishing the 31 March as the last day of such importation within the national territory, according to EC Commission Decision No. 1999/751 of 4 November.
