This Order enters into force within 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes optimal number of commercial fish species that are used for determination of total allowable catch and stock enhancement of fish species reduced to minimum levels. It shall be applicable either to marine fishes (Caspian sea) or to freshwater fishes.
