Abstract

This Regulation establishes restrictions (suspension) of rights to use wild growing plants and determines the procedure for establishing restrictions (suspension) of the right to use wild growing plants. Wild growing plants are species of plants that grow and spread in natural conditions. In order to preserve the flora, state bodies and local executive bodies, within their competence, establish restrictions (suspension) of the right to use wild growing plants: (a) in the event of threats to individual plant species, their populations, communities and places of growth, the preservation of the gene pool of plants; (b) to maintain the unique species diversity of the territory, as well as rare or typical natural landscapes; (c) on plots of land reserved for the creation or expansion of protected areas, as well as those located in protective zones of protected areas, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protected areas; (d) in areas of the state forest fund in accordance with the forestry legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; (e) in areas of land, waterbodies with rare and endangered, endemic and relict plant species; (f) on plots of land allotted and used for scientific research; and (g) in areas of land with plants that have undergone degradation and require work to restore them.
