This Decree-Law shall enter into force within 6 months from publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes the requirements to be met for the control of temperature of quick frozen food. It consists of 5 articles and 2 annexes specifying the methods to be applied for guarantee the correct temperature of this food during transport and storage into the warehouse. Annexes specify the sampling procedures and technical methods for keeping the temperature.
