Abstract

This Order approves the Regulation for the admission and marketing of propagative materials of Cork Oak (Quercus Suber L.). The Regulation consists of 3 articles and 1 annex regulating the requirements to be met by the said tree species seed in order to be produced and placed on the market. It specifies minimum quality standards, certification and other conditions to be satisfied by plants or seeds to perform the aforementioned activity.
