Abstract

This Order approves the specific programme in order to avoid pollution originating from chloroform. It consists of 3 articles and 2 annexes establishing the aforementioned programme, the aim of which is to regulate the use of chloroform and to manage and dispose the relevant residues containing this substance in order to combat in particular water pollution.
