Abstract

The Resolution regulates air protection measures at waste disposal points. It consists of 13 articles: Legal basis (1); Scope of regulation (2); Legal regime (3); Purpose and objective (4); Definition of main terms (5); Principles for protection of air at waste disposal points (6); Rights of individuals and legal entities (7); Obligations of individuals and legal entities (8); Burning waste (9); Disposal of waste containing harmful substances (10); Temporary disposal of solid waste containing harmful substances (11); Liability (12); and Amendments and additions to the Resolution (13). The purpose of the document is to protect air from contamination.
