Abstract This Order, consisting of 21 articles and 2 Annexes, establishes the assistance regime to wine and wine products for 2014. It lays down also the requirements to be satisfied for information and education regarding alcohol drinks consumption originating from wine products. It regulates the requirements to give assistance for promoting wine products, financed according to article 22 of Decree-Law No. 94/2012. The Wine and Vine Institution (Instituto da Vinha e do Vinho I.P.) is the competent organisation for the coordination and supervision of the promotion referred within in order to optimize the use of public funds. This Order does not apply to Porto wine and wines produced in Azores and Madeira archipelagos.
