Entry into force on 6 September 2012.
Abstract

The Order applies to the training and education of staff involved in animal slaughtering activities. These standards shall be set by the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, while certification of successfully passed exams shall be granted. The national Food Administration shall ensure that approved courses shall appear on www.fvst.dk.
