This Order shall enter into force on the tenth day following the day of its official publication.
Abstract

Hunting Rules regulate hunting of game, including recreational hunting, on the national territory, establish hunting periods, hunting quotas, authorized and prohibited hunting gear and hunting methods, prohibited hunting areas. It contains the list of hunting grounds authorized for use. Hunting shall be authorized in the presence of hunting permit. Hunting shall be authorized with the use of smooth-bore firearms in hunting grounds located in forests, fields, water areas and in natural environment, individually or collectively. Citizens over 18 years of age who have the necessary documents for hunting (hunting certificate, hunting permit, in case of hunting with a firearm, hunting weapon certificate), prior payment of hunting fee and conclusion of hunting contract, shall be authorized to hunt. Hunting gear includes water guns for underwater hunting, traps, baits, hunting dogs and birds of prey.
