Abstract

This Order establishes that permits for emissions and discharge of pollutants setting emission and discharge limits for legal persons carrying out economic and other activities causing excess of the established emission and discharge limits shall be issued on condition of compliance with the requirements established by the environmental legislation of the Russian Federation. The following documentation shall be submitted for obtaining permits setting emission limits: (a) application containing complete data of the applicant; (b) project documentation containing inventory of pollutants and calculation of dispersion of pollutants in the atmospheric air; and (c) plan for the reduction of emission of pollutants to the atmospheric air. The following documentation shall be submitted for obtaining permits setting discharge limits: (a) application containing complete data of the applicant; (b) calculation of maximum allowable pollutant discharge limits; and (c) plan for gradual reduction of discharge of pollutants to environment.
