Abstract The purpose of this Order is to set guidelines with regard to the granting of subsidy for the promotion of commerical processes energy-efficient use of renewable energy, in order to protect reduce pollution damaging the emission of CO2 and other greenhouse gasses. The Danish Energy Agency (DEA) shall be responsible for granting such grants and shall also monitor compliance with the specified regulations in this document when applying for such financial support. Grants may be awarded to private or publicly owned enterprises or groups of enterprises whose production is geographically located in Denmark.Application shall electronically be submitted.
