Abstract

The Ministry decrees to validate the Regulation. The Regulation consists of 9 paragraphs. Paragraph 1 determines the field of application. Paragraph 2 defines the main terms used in the text. Paragraph 3 determines the purposes and objects of the certification of seeds. Paragraph 4 lays down the general provisions. Paragraph 5 establishes the system of certification. Paragraph 6 determines the modalities of the certification of seeds. Paragraph 7 establishes range of action of the certificate. Paragraph 8 establishes the criteria for the acknowledgement of foreign certificates. Paragraph 9 determines the modalities of inspection.
