This Order enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

The purpose of this Order, consisting of 22 articles and two Annexes, is to ensure that the competent administrative, scientific and nature conservation authorities have the means of monitoring compliance with EU standards, international conventions and national legislation on the protection of species of wild fauna and flora. This Order regulates: a) The conditions for the organization, maintenance and updating of the CITES National Register provided for in article 17 of Decree-Law No. 121/2017
