Abstract This Order regulates the exportation of wildlife products. It consists of 14 articles and 1 annex establishing requirements to be satisfied and procedures to be applied in order to perform this activity. Annex lists wildlife (flora and fauna) products to be traded and specifies prohibited exportations under the control of the competent authority Ibama. This Order also establishes that Ibama is co-responsible for the quality of products and provides for sanctions to be paid by offenders in compliance with Act No. 5.025 of 10 June 1966 and Act No. 8.112 of 11 December 1990.
