Abstract

This Order provides the rules and procedures for state expert verification and testing on hazardous chemical substances. It consists of four chapters: Scope of application and general provisions (I); Terms, definitions and abbreviations (II); Requirements imposed on the state expert verification and testing on hazardous chemical substances (IV); and Documents that need to be presented for the state expert verification of hazardous chemical substances (V). The Order also approved the Primary Toxicological Passport of Chemical Substances (Annex No. 1); Expert Opinion (Annex No. 2); and Toxicological-hygienic Description of Substances (Annex No. 3).
