Abstract The Order sets regulations regarding the review of prices and conditions for electricity supply. The notification of such reviews must include methods for determining terms and conditions of access to transmission and distribution networks, and which must be approved by the Danish Energy Regulatory Authority (DERA) in adherence to article 76, section 11 of Order No. 1085 of 20 September 2010. Among these reviews, rates, tariffs and terms for services, including supply agreements; proof of the unbundling of activities; capital statements prepared in accordance to article 69, section 2 and art. 74 and that recognize prices each year by 1 November; contracts for transport, including negotiated prices and terms; annual report with description of monitoring discriminatory behaviors thereof.
