This Order enters into force 10 calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the procedure for providing free meals to certain categories of citizens, as well as persons under guardianship (trusteeship) and patronage, students and pupils of technical and vocational, post-secondary education organizations. The public service is provided to natural persons belonging to the aforesaid categories for free. To receive free food, the service recipient submits to the service provider through the non-profit joint stock company "State Corporation Government for Citizens", the office service provider, the “electronic government” web portal www.egov.kz or through a subscriber cellular device, an application according to the form contained in the Annex 1 applicable to the categories of citizens listed in the Annex 2. When accepting documents through the service provider and (or) the State the status of acceptance of the request for a public service is sent, as well as a notification indicating the date and time of receipt of the result of the public service corporation, the service recipient is issued a receipt for the relevant documents.
