Abstract

This Order regulates marine fisheries of cod and haddock (Melanogrammus aeglefinus) by the Russian fishing vessels in the inland sea, territorial sea, continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation, and in the Barents Sea fishing areas governed by the international fisheries agreements signed by the Russian Federation. It establishes the minimum allowable catch of cod and haddock (Melanogrammus aeglefinus) (Annex 1) and the minimum annual catch of king crab (Paralithodes camtschatica) (Annex 2) for a single fishing vessel. In case of an insufficient minimum catch of cod and haddock (Melanogrammus aeglefinus) for a calendar year, minimum daily catch rates shall be applied.
