Abstract

This Order approves Regulation application 1 “Modernisation, re-conversion and agricultural diversification.” of the Rural Agricultural Development Operation Programme. It is composed of 35 articles, IV Chapters and VI Annexes. Chapters I to V read the following: I) General Dispositions; II) Agricultural investment aid and Young farmers; III) innovative projects; IV) Final and transitory dispositions. Annexes refer to specificities related to certain articles. This Order pretends to improve competitiveness of the agricultural sector mainly by renewing the entrepreneurial sector, supporting young farmers by aiding them financially, by lowering exploitation costs, diversification of cultures among others.
