Abstract

This Order approves the Regulation for Seed Certification and regulates the agricultural seed variety production. It consists of 2 annexes (divided into 15 and 5 chapters) establishing the conditions to be satisfied in order to perform this activity. Annex 1 is divided as follows: General provisions (chap. 1); authorized varieties (chap. 2); Seed category (chaps. 3-5); Seed production and controls (chaps. 6-8); Certification and seed classification (chap. 9); Controls on lands (chaps. 10-15). Annex 2 specifies plant species and agricultural lands to be exploited (including controls and certification).
