Abstract

This Order establishes the modalities of keeping state register of waste, data collecting and reporting on classification of waste, origin and chemical composition thereof, state of aggregation, hazardousness class and specific waste disposal sites, and also on technologies used for waste recycling. State register of waste shall include federal waste classifier, state register of waste disposal sites, database on waste and recycling technologies and it shall be kept in accordance with the unified system applicable to the whole territory of the Russian Federation. The purpose of state register of waste shall be to grant access to information on waste management and waste disposal to all natural and legal persons concerned.
