This Order enters into force on the date of publication.
Abstract

This Order regulates sport hunting. It consists of 17 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain a sport hunting licence. It also specifies that sport hunters only may catch animals mentioned in sport hunting annual list. It lays down all information to be given to IBDF (Institution for Brazilian Forestry Development) in order to obtain a licence. It also provides for harmful animals, establishing the conditions of catching.
