Order No. 788 of the State Committee for Environmental Protection regarding the validation of the Regulation on issuing and abrogation of the permits for transborder transportation of hazardous waste products.

The Regulation shall be used for guidance by the competent authority, the State Committee for Environmental Protection and its territorial branches, for issuing permits for transboundary (transit) movement of hazardous waste. The aforesaid permit is the basic document for issuing import-export licences.
