Order No. 76 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the distribution of quotas for the Pacific salmon for coastal fisheries.

This Order regulates the distribution of quotas for the Pacific salmon for coastal fisheries among managers of aquatic biological resources. The following criteria shall be taken into consideration in the process of the allocation of quotas: (a) lack of budgetary arrears; (b) the amount of catch in accordance with the set quotas for the Pacific salmon for the previous five-year period; and (c) availability of the shore stations for the processing of the Pacific salmon.
